Membership Categories
Hapur Press Club offers various categories of membership to accommodate journalists, media professionals, and distinguished individuals who support the values and objectives of the organization. Each membership category is designed to encourage participation, professional development, and collaboration within the media community.
All members are expected to uphold the principles of ethical journalism, professional integrity, and responsible conduct while supporting the mission and vision of Hapur Press Club.
Ordinary Member
Eligibility
Ordinary Membership is available to journalists and media professionals who are actively engaged in reporting, editing, news production, publishing, broadcasting, digital journalism, or other recognized media-related activities.
Rights & Privileges
- Full membership privileges.
- Participation in all Club activities and events.
- Access to professional development programs and workshops.
- Eligibility to vote in Club elections, subject to the Constitution and Bylaws.
- Eligibility to contest elections and hold office, subject to applicable rules.
- Access to member welfare initiatives and support programs.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Club.
- Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
- Support the objectives and reputation of the organization.
Associate Member
Eligibility
Associate Membership may be granted to individuals associated with media, public relations, communication, content creation, digital media, photography, advertising, or related professional fields.
Rights & Privileges
- Participation in Club programs, workshops, and networking events.
- Access to selected member benefits and resources.
- Opportunity to contribute to Club initiatives and activities.
Limitations
- Associate Members may not have voting rights or eligibility to contest elections unless otherwise specified by the Constitution and Bylaws.
Honorary Member
Eligibility
Honorary Membership may be conferred upon distinguished individuals who have made significant contributions to journalism, media, public service, education, social development, or related fields.
Rights & Privileges
- Recognition as an Honorary Member of Hapur Press Club.
- Invitation to participate in special events, programs, and ceremonies.
- Opportunity to contribute expertise and guidance to the organization.
Appointment
Honorary Membership is granted by the Executive Committee and does not require a standard membership application process.
Corporate / Institutional Member
Eligibility
Corporate or Institutional Membership may be offered to media organizations, news agencies, educational institutions, publishing houses, broadcasting entities, and other organizations associated with journalism and communication.

Membership Approval Process
- Submit the membership application form.
